ETS holds contracts to clear vegetation along NSW's electricity network, and we're expanding our local team We want locals and we want to reduce our carbon footprint and reduce travelling in from our coastal depots. We're hiring passionate Tree Workers and Ground Crew for Inverell, including:

• Ground Crew (experienced in felling trees)
• Climbers
• EWP Operators (EWP High Risk Licence required)

• Up to $10,000 over 24 months — Bonuses paid at key milestones (sign-on, probation, and anniversaries).
• Living Away Allowances during any away work
• Competitive hourly rates with overtime and secure, full-time permanent roles
• Fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO)
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for support
• Plus: Refer a friend bonuses

You're safety-focused, physically fit, and love working outdoors. A positive, team-player attitude is essential. You're confident with machinery and ready to take on all tree crew tasks — climbing, chipper operation, ground clearing, and EWP work.

Vegetation experience is a bonus, but we also welcome transferable skills from agriculture, labouring, construction or any other hands on industry.

• White Card (Construction Safety)
• HR or MR Truck Licence (or ability to obtain within first 6 months)
• Chainsaw and EWP licences
• Cert II ESI, Cert III Arboriculture, First Aid
• Chemcert
