Make a Difference While Supporting a Vision-Driven Leader
My client is a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation dedicated to community wellbeing, education equity, environmental sustainability. As we navigate a busy period, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO (or Executive Director) on a short-term contract basis.
About The RoleThis is a fast-paced and rewarding role supporting a passionate and dynamic executive team. You'll be the right-hand person to the CEO, providing high-level administrative support and helping the leadership team stay focused on mission-critical work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily executive support to the CEO, including inbox and calendar management
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Manage filing, records, and document compliance in line with NFP standards
You are a seasoned EA who thrives in a values-led environment. You bring professionalism, flexibility, and a calm, can-do attitude to every task. You also have:
- Previous experience supporting a C-suite executive (CEO, ED, GM etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in the NFP sector (highly regarded but not essential)
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
