Full Time Permanent Opportunity
Our Change Management team focuses on the people side of projects and initiatives. They are driven to assist employees with adapting to the changes implemented across Greenstone. Analysing the change, preparing and executing communications plans, and ensuring training and awareness is provided to impacted parties is part of the change functions responsibility.
As a Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving successful change initiatives within Greenstone. You will partner closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure smooth implementation of projects, leveraging established change frameworks and templates. Your analytical skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities will be essential to the success of this role.
The Change Analyst supports the successful delivery of the portfolio of initiatives that support Greenstone's Strategy, primarily through the design and implementation of effective change management solutions across a wide range of project and initiatives. This ensures all change is delivered, embedded and sustained effectively for our people, customers and the organisation.
What are we looking for?- At least 2+ years experience in a similar Change role, supporting both small-large scale technology-driven change programs, preferably within a financial services organisation.
- A genuine passion for change management, positive attitude with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset, paired with solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure to conflicting priorities.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to analyse information proactively to identify potential barriers to progress and address them before they eventuate.
- Highly self-motivated and organised with the ability to work individually as well as effectively as part of a team.
- Proven awareness of self and others with an ability to display emotional intelligence.
- A good problem solver, paired with a results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure to conflicting priorities.
- Tertiary qualification or accreditation in a related discipline, e.g. Prosci, Human Resources, Psychology.
