The role
Reporting to the Operations Manager and with a focus on Renewable Products you will be responsible for ensuring timely customer service and sales across our national network.

What you would do

  • Telephone, email & e-branch sales across multiple renewable product ranges
  • Contributing to the profitability of the business through sales growth and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Processing sales orders, transactions and quotes
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Providing product information to customers around pricing, availability, trade discounts, product returns and credits
  • Successful delivery of project driven business

The role

  • Experience in customer service & sales
  • Proficient with computer technology and systems including Microsoft Office
  • You are organised and exude professionalism
  • Proactive, can do attitude and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Experience or product knowledge in the electrical or renewables markets will get you off to a flying start
