About the role
Interpret technical information for customers and internal teams regarding heavy vehicle parts
Assist with customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
Identify, source and process parts orders and quotes
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Liaise with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment
Provide language support to ensure clear communication between all parties
About you
3 years + in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills and a professional, approachable manner
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
