We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager - Nursing. This role involves building strong client relationships, supporting healthcare staffing needs, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow your client network through relationship management
  • Assist the recruitment team with sourcing, screening, onboarding, and mobilising healthcare professionals
  • Investigate market trends and industry insights
  • Conduct face-to-face client visits
  • Manage health and safety compliance activities

  • Healthcare or nursing experience is preferred, but a proven recruitment track record is also valuable
