As a Senior Designer, you'll lead the design of high-profile roads, drainage, and urban infrastructure projects, turning ideas into reality from concept to construction. This is your chance to apply your civil design expertise in AutoCAD and 12d Model Civil to projects that make a real, lasting impact.

What you'll do:

• Lead and deliver complex infrastructure design projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare designs, specifications, and estimates for roads, intersections, drainage, and urban projects.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure high-quality drafting standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, Councillors, stakeholders, and the community to deliver innovative solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in rural and urban road and drainage design.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, 12d Model Civil, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Bonus: knowledge of environmental legislation, traffic engineering, urban design, or universal access.

Position Type: Temporary Full-Time (until 30 June 2028)

Remuneration: Level 6.1 ($98,037 Base / $111,279 Total Package)
