Overview

Senior Associate Consultant/Consultant, Client Relationships role within Aon's Talent Solutions team (Human Capital), based in Sydney and Melbourne. This role focuses on delivering strategic, data-driven insights and analysis to clients, managing client renewals, and providing expert remuneration guidance. The team supports on-the-job learning to expand consulting skills and rewards knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert guidance and high-quality, remuneration-data based solutions to enhance client experiences and foster long-term relationships.
  • Participate in regular market data review projects, taking ownership of the local data set for your client group.
  • Drive the annual renewal program for your client group.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to execute impactful projects that drive client success.
  • Utilise specialized knowledge in remuneration data and analysis to optimise client engagement with Aon\'s Human Capital Analytics Platform.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field, or proven experience in compensation and benefits data.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and remuneration data management, demonstrated by advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in Financial services / Tech / Hard Hat sectors is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and value.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
