Base pay range

A$300,000.00/yr - A$340,000.00/yr


Top-tier, progressive global professional services firm seeking to appoint new Regional Head of Commercial, for crucial senior leadership role.

  • Up to mid 300s package, hybrid working model
  • Senior commercial finance leadership experience required from global group

This role is a rarity in the current market. A regional senior commercial leadership role with a tier-one professional services firm.


As a member of the global commercial function and with the aid of an established, high-performance regional team, you'll oversee operational, commercial and financial performance across multiple divisions, with full P&L control and strategic stewardship.


Partnering with the divisional heads and Partners, you'll conduct planning, budgeting and forecasting, as well as playing a role in the formulation of pricing strategy and profitability analysis.


Additionally, you will lead projects, provide ongoing exec-level decision support and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.


You're a proven senior commercial finance leader, with prior experience managing high-performance, business-facing commercial teams, within a large (preferably global) professional services firm (legal, accounting or consulting).


You're a passionate people leader, with exceptional C-Suite engagement skills, proven commercial acumen and a track record in project management.
