We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring the sales team, while also actively participating in lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals themselves. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance team development with personal sales performance.
Work Mode: Full Time from Office. Pay: $75,000 to $90,000 per year + Super + Sales Commissions
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate with HR and recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to upskill the team in product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for each team member.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Handle Client Complaints and Escalations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and offerings.
- Take ownership of key accounts and high-value leads to drive revenue directly.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Track individual and team sales performance using CRM tools and internal dashboards.
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, conversion rates, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend action plans to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a B2B/B2C environment.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals personally.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Sales/Tech Sales Industry.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring a sales team.
