We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Lead to manage and oversee multiple high-profile commercial Fitout and refurbishment projects.

This senior leadership role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in managing teams and delivering large-scale refurbishment projects. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, from construction through to renovation, and play a key role in the development of operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead a diverse team including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors, ensuring alignment and performance against KPIs.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the delivery of multiple refurbishment projects, including financials, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and health & safety compliance.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for new work and growth.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financials of state or sector-wide operations, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and revenue targets are met.
  • Health & Safety: Champion Health & Safety compliance across all projects, fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the business, managing bids, tenders, and contracts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive process improvements and ensure consistent project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience in Senior Project Management or a similar role within the construction sector.
  • Experience leading and managing teams on Fitout/refurbishments in Australia.
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale commercial refurbishment projects valued at over $20m annually.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of current WHS legislation and risk management practices.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Procore, Aconex, MS Project, and Cubit.
