Whether you are an experienced Early Childhood Educator seeking flexibility with your hours or recently qualified and looking to grow your skills and experience – we can support you.
We are now looking to build our team of casual Educators for our services in Yea and Flowerdale.
Help us to deliver early learning programs that support local communities and provide high-quality education and care to children.
Working to one of the National or Victorian early learning frameworks, you will:- Support the development and delivery an educational program that meets the interests and abilities of each child.
- Help to increase enrolments and build the program to include other services that meet community needs.
- Participate in delivering a quality and diverse educational program that sees every child actively participate.
Our work isn't easy, but it matters. Work with people who care as much as you.
In addition to your salary of the base hourly rate under the Professional Childcare Standard 2018 + super + casual loading, you can access the following.- 10% discount for eligible employees on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning Service.

Education
You will hold either a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority). You will also bring with you:- Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
