At Aurecon, our Asset Management Advisory team partners with clients to help them get the best from their assets - across their full lifecycle - while creating sustainable, positive outcomes for communities.

With our team growing across Australia, we're looking for collaborative and curious Consultants to join our supportive national team. Opportunities are available in every region, with the chance to contribute to projects that genuinely make a difference in people's lives.

You'll work alongside a variety of public and private clients, discovering how they manage their assets and working together to solve meaningful, real-world challenges. You'll also have the freedom to grow your career into areas like business development and client engagement, if that's where your interests lie.

Our projects span transport, infrastructure, buildings, defence, energy, resources and utilities - offering plenty of variety and opportunities to learn. You'll:

• Build and nurture trusted client relationships, listening to their needs and working together to find the right solutions.
• Help develop and assess asset management strategies.
• Support capital and operational performance improvements.
• Contribute to building effective asset management systems.
• Plan and carry out assessments of asset integrity and condition.
• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results for our valued clients.
• Translate insights into practical, people-focused decisions for a range of stakeholders.
• Grow your skills and networks, both within Aurecon and across the industry.

What will you bring?

Professional qualifications in Engineering, Business, or Accounting are highly valued, but not essential - we care just as much about your mindset and approach as your credentials.
