Overview

Are you ready to make a difference while being part of one of Australia\'s most inspiring charity events? The MS Gong Ride is a legendary cycling event from Sydney to Wollongong that raises vital funds to support people living with multiple sclerosis. We can\'t do it without the support of our amazing volunteers. MS Plus is one of Australia\'s leading providers of support for people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions, offering guidance on living well with MS and delivering emotional and practical support through allied health, employment and NDIS services, wellbeing programs, and peer support. We\'re seeking Rest Site Assistants to support the MS Gong Ride on Sunday 2 November 2025.

Support the operation of a rest site along the course by assisting with setup, replenishing water, cheering on riders, and helping create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for participants to recharge before continuing their ride.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with setup and operation of a rest site along the course
  • Replenish water and refreshments for participants
  • Cheer on riders and help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere
  • Support participants to recharge before continuing their ride

  • Time Required: Shift duration and start time will depend on the rest site location. Start times will vary between 6am–6:30am and shift time between 5–9 hours.
