The Opportunity

Infinite Aged Care prioritizes creating an environment that empowers residents to remain independent. Our Personal Care Workers play a crucial role in helping us achieve this at our Care Home.

Working closely with the clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams, you will be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner.

About You

We value attitude and aptitude over experience in the aged care sector. To succeed, you must have a resident/customer-centric attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues.

  • Demonstrate 1 year of experience in the Australian Aged Care Sector
  • Exhibit an excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team, and follow set safety procedures at all times
  • Have excellent safety awareness to avoid tripping, falling, or hurting residents
  • Think on your feet and prioritize resident needs
  • Possess a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR completed 1st year nursing studies
  • Hold NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (*or willingness to obtain)

This is a busy role requiring frequent movement, bending, lifting, pushing, and squatting to ensure duties are performed safely.
