Job Description

As a Principal Transformation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enabling strategic transformation initiatives and driving impactful change within NTT DATA ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute key project plans to drive business outcomes and innovation
  • Identify insights and ideate radical solutions addressing business, process, information and system opportunities leveraging technology and automation
  • Take responsibility for delivery of project elements with minimal supervision
  • Work in agile ways collaboratively, with transparency and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with senior leaders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives
  • Engage with various individuals and teams to identify and document operational gaps including user guides, templates, test cases and related user training
  • Communicate and escalate any issues arising or deliverables that cannot be met and request assistance to ensure closure of issues
  • Contribute to project management processes, templates and tools to ensure consistent and effective project delivery
  • Support development of project reporting requirements and metrics to track project performance, milestones, risks and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Ability to work with various stakeholders to deliver transformation

  • Attention to detail with understanding of how it impacts the business strategically
  • Ability to manage expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
  • Curious about testing new approaches and working in agile ways
  • Self-aware with strengths and willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams etc
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Scrum and/or other PMO certifications or equivalent preferred
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in programs and projects in similar environment
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in change management
