Senior Principal Consultant

Alyve is looking for an experienced Senior Principal Consultant to help lead our technology transformation advisory work—and to grow into one of our next generation of partners.

You'll be joining a human-centred consulting firm known for driving meaningful change across government, education, healthcare, aged care, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Deliver:
    • Drive end-to-end consulting engagements across digital transformation, emerging tech, and IT strategy
    • Work closely with executive teams, shaping decisions and strategies that drive measurable value
    • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across everything we deliver
  • Advise and Grow:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing insight beyond the brief
    • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support growth into new ones
    • Contribute to shaping Alyve's future direction—commercially and culturally
  • Mentor and Influence:
    • Guide and uplift a team of consultants and delivery leads
    • Strengthen our internal frameworks, tools, and methods
    • Represent Alyve externally—whether through client conversations, sector forums, or thought leadership

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in digital, technology, or strategy consulting
  • Strong experience leading complex, high-value client projects
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to spot opportunities others might miss
  • A confident, collaborative leadership style—focused on people, not hierarchy
  • A desire to create lasting impact through your work
