4Cyte Pathology is Australian owned and operated Private Pathology Laboratory

Looking for experienced Pathology Collectors in Sunbury and surrounding areas.

Your primary duties will be to take blood and other specimens from patients including performing ECGs and Holter monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Take blood and other specimens from patients (venipuncture with vacutainer method).
• Perform ECGs and Holter monitoring.
• Processing of Pathology specimens.
• Clerical duties and processing paperwork.
• Provide dedicated patient care and service delivery; demonstrate organization and problem solving skills; prioritise and work under pressure.

Skills and experience

• Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method.
• Collection of blood and other samples from patients.
• Experience in ECGs and Holter monitors.
• Ability to work alone and participate in the weekend roster at any collection centre.
• Basic computer skills.
• Own car and current driver's license preferred.

• It is a requirement that a current Working with Children Check clearance is provided upon commencement of employment.
