Pathology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled collector to join our team in Sunbury and surrounding areas.

The primary duty of this role is to take blood and other specimens from patients, including performing ECGs and Holter monitoring.

• Collect blood and other specimens from patients using venipuncture with vacutainer method.
• Conduct ECGs and Holter monitoring.
• Process pathology specimens.
• Perform clerical duties and process paperwork.
• Demonstrate organization, problem-solving skills, and provide dedicated patient care and service delivery under pressure.

• Experience with venipuncture and vacutainer method is essential.
• Collection of blood and other samples from patients.
• Knowledge of ECGs and Holter monitors.
• Ability to work independently and participate in weekend rosters at any collection centre.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• Possession of a current driver's license and a reliable car preferred.
