The team

The Registry Connect program is focused on stabilisation and targeted uplift of business registers including designing connections to the ABN and Director ID registers held by the ATO, and the more than 30 registers held by ASIC.

The role

As a Communications Adviser, you will take a coordinating role as well as be responsible for hands-on delivery of communication products for the program.

Your Responsibilities
  • Convey concise communication outcomes within agreed timeframes
  • Collaborate with Product, Engagement, and Change leads on program communications
  • Plan and execute internal/external engagement activities
  • Apply ASIC change framework to stakeholder communications
  • Coordinate with change and comms teams for consistency across the RC Program
  • Support RC teams in raising stakeholder awareness and understanding
  • Track and report communication effectiveness
  • Ensure program messaging is clear and channels (e.g. SharePoint, intranet) are current and effective
About You

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment:

  • Qualifications in communication or change management
  • 2+ years' experience in communication delivery, ideally in Agile or relevant industries
  • Broad comms experience across internal/external channels (email, web, digital, social)
  • Quick learner with versatile skillset
  • Skilled in planning and managing comms and stakeholder engagement
  • Able to manage complex relationships and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experienced in delivering complex projects and business outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to improve processes
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication for diverse audiences
