The Role:

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the Marketing Specialist and broader team to execute campaigns, coordinate events, produce content, and deliver polished communications that elevate our brand. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role perfect for someone looking to grow in a high-performance marketing team and contribute meaningfully to a respected national brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and collateral
• Assist in PR activities including media list management, press release drafting, and outreach
• Draft internal newsletters and announcements, working closely with leadership
• Coordinate logistics for in-person and online events including webinars and activations
• Support campaign roll-outs across digital, email, and social media channels
• Help create and manage marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and merchandise
• Upload and update website content, blogs, and landing pages
• Track campaign performance and report insights to inform optimisations

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of branding, design, and visual consistency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Mailchimp
• Confidence in managing multiple projects with accuracy and professionalism
• Interest in property investment and desire to grow in a dynamic, multi-brand business
