Brandt has an opportunity for a Sales Consultant in Parts and Services to join our Bordertown Branch.

About the role:

You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to customers, providing information on Brandt parts and services, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

  1. Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to offer information on Brandt parts, maintenance, and repair services.
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI's) related to parts and service sales.
  3. Assist customers in identifying their parts and service needs accurately.
  4. Provide detailed information on Brandt parts, pricing, and service options.
  5. Collaborate with the service team to schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently.
  6. Assist the customers in understanding the importance of routine maintenance and recommend appropriate service on the equipment needs.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service history in our CRM system.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or questions, and build long-term relationships.
  9. Stay updated on the latest Brandt product releases, service offerings and industry trends.

About you:

  1. Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations and agriculture industry.
  2. Previous Sales experience in similar role preferred.
  3. Experience in building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  4. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  7. Capability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
  8. A valid driver's license and clean driver's record are required.
