About the Opportunity

Join our award-winning People and Culture team, where our vision is to lead an employee experience where our people feel valued and empowered to achieve excellence. In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for recruitment and HR queries, supporting our people in the recruitment process, through to onboarding, full employee lifecycle and offboarding. Working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the Head of Employee Relations and Talent, you'll deliver high-quality recruitment campaigns, generalist HR support, and contribute to workforce analytics, value-add projects, and change initiatives.

  • Salary $75,531-$87,514 gross per annum pro rata plus 12% superannuation
  • Permanent, Full-Time, or Part-Time will be considered (minimum 4 days)
  • Located in Hurstville CBD – 5-minute walk from train station
  • Hybrid work arrangements plus 9 day fortnight
  • Annual Award pay increase

About You

You're detail oriented and service driven, with a passion for supporting people and processes. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or relevant experience in HR or recruitment within a complex organisation.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR systems.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and ethical HR practices, including EEO and workplace health and safety.
