Expression of Interest Cleaners- BlueScope Steel/Port Kembla at Menzies Facility Services
We are seeking Full-time cleaners to work at BlueScope Steel (Port Kembla). Shifts are Monday to Friday, 4:00pm–12:00am. This is an expression of interest for potential vacancies.
Responsibilities- Detailed cleans of public areas including offices, facilities and washrooms
- Switch room cleaning
- Amenities cleaning
- Spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping and vacuuming
- Mail service delivery
- Toilet, external areas and walkway cleaning
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Responding to scheduled and ad-hoc customer requests
- Strip and sealing of floors
- Buffing and scrubbing hard floors
- Cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to undergo police check, medical health check / drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment
- Applicants must provide proof of entitlement to work in Australia if not an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
