The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and follow-through of all project aspects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead BMS Controls and Electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective project execution.
  • Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct status meetings, communicate updates, and ensure effective communication channels.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts and specifications.
  • Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and suppliers.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Create Safety Plans and SWMS, monitoring team adherence.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Building Services Management.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC/BMS industry.
  • Ability to develop and implement budgets and margin improvement strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
