Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor ready to take the next step in your career? Join our Sydney Roads and Asset Performance contract and play a pivotal role in delivering profitable projects that meet time, cost, quality, and compliance standards.
This role requires a strong commitment to promoting high-performance outcomes, providing technical expertise across TS/ITS/Street Lighting systems, and supporting training during service delivery. You'll foster a collaborative team culture that encourages cooperation across teams and stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on service coordination, compliance planning, documentation, and reporting.
What's on offer- Permanent full-time role– primarily night shifts
- Flexibility required– occasional day shifts, on-call duties, and weekend work
- Location:Parklands Zone, with occasional interstate/regional travel (e.g., Albury)
- Hybrid work model– split your time between site, office, and home

- Develop and manage operational rosters
- Monitor and implement KPIs to drive performance
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and resolve non-conformances
- Ensure site WHS requirements align with Ventia policies
- Oversee site inspections, testing, and environmental protection activities
- Facilitate training to enhance team capability and awareness
- Participate in on-call and relief service duties
- NSW Electrical Licence – essential
- Proven experience with ITS, traffic signals, and street lighting systems
- Strong leadership skills – experience supervising large teams and subcontractors
- Expertise in maintenance, design, and asset analysis of ITS systems
- Skilled in testing, commissioning, and fault-finding of ITS equipment
- Proficient in computerized asset and management systems
