Position Details

Teacher (Early Childhood Preferred)

Matthew Gibney Catholic Primary School is a single-stream, co-educational school with an active community and supportive parent body. We prioritize educational excellence, utilizing data to inform practices to meet students' needs. We seek an energetic, enthusiastic, and organized Teacher (Early Childhood preferred) to join our dedicated Early Childhood team. There may be an opportunity for this position to extend into the 2026 scholastic year.

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and progressive early years pedagogy.

  • Experience supporting whole school improvement and extracurricular activities.

  • A lifelong learner with professionalism, confidentiality, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications Required

An Early Childhood Qualification is preferred.
