Role summary

Join our special Aboriginal Health Workforce Team at RPA Emergency Department. The Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Emergency Department is seeking dedicated Aboriginal Health professionals to join our team. This is an identified Aboriginal position; applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent through proof of Aboriginality.

We are looking for
  • An Aboriginal Health Practitioner committed to delivering culturally appropriate care.
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills.
  • A passion for supporting Aboriginal patients in a fast-paced, emergency care environment.
  • Holds a Certificate IV in Aboriginal Primary Health Care (Practice) and is a current authority to practice as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
