An experienced valuer and/or financial modelling expert is required to play a key role in the delivery of valuation products for the commercial valuations team.

The Opportunity
  • Develop specialised asset class valuation models (Excel) to ensure best practice outcomes within a compliance framework.
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of Word templates linked to Excel models.
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of key third-party platforms.
  • Provide business support such as data analytics, research, troubleshooting and minor administrative support.

About You
  • Strong background in financial modelling or valuations modelling
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with VBA
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
