About the Centre:

Welcome to Papilio Early Learning Hunters Hill We are a unique 59 place centre with separate buildings for our 0-2 and 3-5 year old groups. Our big beautiful outdoor spaces offer an abundance of natural play spaces for children to explore. Our strong bond and history within the community, with generations of families and children attending the service, makes us feel like a community-based service with the resources and backing of a big company.

About the Role

• Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school, and positive experiences within our community.
• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
• Support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).
• A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain.
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain.
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
