Pay: $42.08 - $63.86 + $2.25 (Educational Leader Allowance) per hour

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Huntley Street:

Goodstart Huntley Street Early Learning is an architecturally designed centre, built by the City of Sydney to provide much-needed early childhood care and education in the inner suburbs of Sydney. Catering for up to 80 children, from 6 weeks to 5 years.

Our team of long-standing, dedicated educators boast over 150 combined years of early childhood experience. We're incredibly proud of the environment we've created here, which is supportive, collaborative, and inclusive. Moreover, we are delighted to be part of a vibrant multicultural community.

You'll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check

If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we'd love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
