Your New Role

As a Storeperson/Driver, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and timely delivery of goods to our valued customers.

Permanent position, Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm. No Saturdays.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Site deliveries and collections - Transporting goods to various sites efficiently.
• On-time, undamaged deliveries - Ensuring goods reach customers in perfect condition and obtaining signatures as proof of delivery.
• Customer interaction - Engaging professionally with customers while delivering or picking up goods.
• Vehicle and equipment maintenance - Keeping company vehicles and equipment in a safe and clean condition.
• Picking and packing - Accurately preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Paperwork completion - Ensuring all relevant documentation is correctly filled out.
• Warehouse upkeep - Maintaining a clean and presentable warehouse environment.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed:

• Strong communication skills - Able to build rapport easily with customers and team members.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or trade environment - Electrical wholesale experience is a strong advantage, but not essential.
• Physically capable - Comfortable with manual handling tasks, including picking, packing, and lifting items up to 23kg.
• High attention to detail - Accuracy in order preparation and safety-conscious at all times.
• Technically capable - Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using basic warehouse systems.
• Proactive and motivated - A "can-do" attitude, hardworking nature, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Well-presented and personable - Professional appearance and a friendly, supportive manner.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence - Mandatory for the delivery component of the role.
• Full Australian or New Zealand working rights - Sponsorship is not available (no temporary visas).
