What's the Role?

We're hiring a Retail Managerto oversee our Brisbane retail operations. You'll play a key role in leading a team of assistants across multiple KBOX locations, ensuring high performance, creative merchandising, and unforgettable customer service. Your work will shape the face of Korean fashion in Brisbane—and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Regional Manager at KBOX, you'll:

· Manage multiple store locationsacross Brisbane, with direct responsibility for store performance and customer satisfaction.

· Lead, motivate, and develop a growing team of 6+ retail staff, providing training in sales, product knowledge, and service excellence.

· Collaborate with HQ on marketing and promotional campaignsthat drive traffic and elevate the KBOX brand.

· Ensure all stores reflect the latest trends through excellent visual merchandisingand new product introductions.

· Liaise directly with Korean and Asian suppliers, managing product sourcing, quality checks, and stock control.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis, visiting key fashion precincts (locally and internationally) to keep our offerings fresh and relevant.

· Oversee financial operations including sales targets, stock audits, reporting, and budgeting.

· Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment in line with health and safety regulationsand company policies.

· Use your language skills(English, Korean, and Chinese) to bridge communication across cultures and regions.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

· Has multi-site retail management experience(2+ years preferred).

· Is passionate aboutfashion trends.

· Has a strong commercial mindset with a track record of growing salesand hitting KPIs.

· Loves leading teams, solving problems, and inspiring others.

· Speaks Englishfluently (Korean and/or Chinese is a bonus).

· Holds a driver's licenceand is comfortable with store visits and occasional interstate travel.
