Base pay range

A$60,000.00/yr - A$65,000.00/yr

You will support the Performance Designer by creating engaging short-form video content in order to drive performance metrics and grow Mosh's paid channels including Meta and TikTok. This role requires a strong understanding of current social media trends, an eye for compelling visuals, and the ability to translate creative concepts into high-performing video assets that resonate with our target audience. You will be instrumental in driving user acquisition and engagement through innovative and data-driven video strategies.

Core responsibilities:

• Execute briefs from the studio team
• Propose new ideas for performance ads, content series and campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy as needed
• Stay across trends and industry movements to evolve our content strategy and spot new creative opportunities
• Take responsibility for quick, scrappy content in response to emerging trends, media insights or performance drops that fills the gap between large-scale campaign productions. Think lo-fi TikToks, memes, green screen commentary, rapid performance creative testing, and more.
• Work across both short-lead reactive projects and longer-term brand or product storytelling content, knowing when to go fast and when to dig deeper.

Qualifications and/or Experience Required:

• 1-2 years of experience shooting and editing video content
• Competency in the Adobe Suite
• A genuine passion and understanding for social media channels, digital storytelling and staying ahead of social platform trends.
• Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to work across internal and external teams and stakeholders
• Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure

The following are not required, but are nice to have:

• Willingness to perform in front of camera
• Ability to operate professional cameras
• Colour grading/retouching skills
