Retail Sales Assistant (Hourly) - AU Joondalup (WA) at ResMed — Joondalup, Western Australia, Australia

Join to apply for the Retail Sales Assistant role at ResMed. This is a part-time opportunity in Joondalup with responsibilities across customer service, sales support, and basic technical/clinical assistance as part of the Customer Support function.

Responsibilities
  • The primary objective of the Customer Service specialization within the Customer Support Job Family is to communicate with customers daily, before and/or after a sale, via telephone, email, chat or social media, checking therapy status and adherence information, and processing orders for therapy equipment or supplies.
  • Handle customer orders for medical supplies and equipment; create and/or maintain client account records; track deadlines and manage tasks in web-based tools.
  • Support cross-functional teams, maintain positive customer relations, collaborate to meet service and sales goals, document technical and customer-reported problems in a ticketing/note system with suggested resolutions, and provide metrics to management as required.
  • Engage in clerical, administrative, or specialized support tasks as needed; perform specialized technical tasks or skilled craft work; or unskilled/semi-skilled operational tasks.
  • Interact internally to exchange information and follow established procedures with limited discretion to vary from them.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Preferred: Broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day-to-day situations; generally requires instructions on new assignments.
