We're looking for a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (Stockroom Specialist) to join our team at the Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in day-to-day stockroom operations, logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
  • Provide feedback on required resources to achieve Stockroom Operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring way.
  • Comply with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.
  • Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Support consumers with outstanding experiences while meeting commercial goals.
Desirable Experience:
  • Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
  • Stockroom Procedures
