Full-Time Stock-Room Specialist - NEW store opening in Redyard, Auburn NSW

We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join our new clearance store opening in Redyard, Auburn.

Note: This is a store-based role requiring availability to work at least one weekend day.

Rotations:
  • Sunday - Thursday
  • Tuesday - Saturday

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting store management in daily stockroom operations, logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service
  • Providing feedback on resources needed to maintain a premium stockroom model
  • Representing adidas brand values and products effectively
  • Ensuring compliance with global retail operations, policies, and standards
  • Driving store profitability by meeting sales and profit targets
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving commercial goals
Preferred experience:
  • Retail team leadership in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
  • Stockroom procedures
