As a Housekeeping & Environmental Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• You will be responsible for the management of the Environmental Services staff and undertake the cleaning across thefacility
• Communicate and deal with contractors for managing waste andcleaning
• Undertake cleanerorders
• Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy &procedures.
• Provide high standard of cleaningservices
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, clients andstaff

• Flexibility to work across different hours asrequired
• Previous experience as asupervisoror manager in a hospital, hotel services, or shopping centre
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of managing a 24/7 roster using electric time and attendance systems (eg Kronos)
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills and motivation to ensure excellence in customerservice
• The ability to complete tasks within a measurabletimeframe
• The ability to work in a diverse physically challenging position/workload
• Certification 3 or 4 in cleaning operations is desirable
