Senior Growth Marketing Analyst

We're looking for a performance-driven marketer who lives and breathes data, someone who can turn numbers into clear actions and knows their way around the key ad platforms.
You'll own marketing performance reporting end-to-end, building dashboards, surfacing insights, and helping the team move faster. You'll also have the hands-on skills to jump into Meta, Google, YouTube and other channels when needed, optimising campaigns and ensuring we're making every dollar work harder.
What you'll do
- Own reporting across all paid channels — from acquisition to ROI.
- Build and maintain actionable dashboards in Looker, GA4, Amplitude (SQL a plus).
- Analyse channel performance and make data-backed recommendations to improve results.
- Investigate dips, identify root causes, and work with teams to fix them fast.
- Optimise campaigns directly when needed across Meta, Google, YouTube and more.
- Partner with Creative, Product, and CRO teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay on top of market trends and translate them into channel strategies.
- 5+ years in performance marketing analytics.
- Proven track record building dashboards that drive decisions.
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube not just theory.
- Comfort using GA4, Looker, Amplitude; SQL skills a plus.
- Commercial mindset, you think CAC, ROAS, LTV first.
- Fast, curious, and comfortable switching between reporting and execution.
