About the Role:

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Finance and Insurance Manager who is a true team player and ready to assist us in our continued sales growth across the business.

You will be responsible for managing the Finance & Insurance sales and transactions for your dealerships and have a strong ability to make and maintain great relationships with customers and business partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Primarily you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets.
  • Driving the performance of all Finance and Insurance Products available to you through our Financial Services, and other Finance Partners, Pursuing profitable growth
  • Identify new opportunities – customer prospecting
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintaining relationships with Finance agents and insurers
  • Provide the best customer experience possible.

To succeed in the role, you need:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a natural sales ability to help customers realize their vehicle ownership and protection dreams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment.
  • Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership.
