Overview

The role is to lead, develop, and advance the PLC gymnastics program at a high-profile school-based club, in collaboration with school leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Provide vision, development, start-up, delivery, and advancement of the PLC gymnastics program.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sport and Head of Senior School to deliver a quality gymnastics program.
  • Offer strategic leadership and operational management for all gymnastics activities across the school.
  • Program planning, staff supervision, competition preparation, risk management, and community engagement.
About You / Qualifications
  • Advanced Coach Gymnastics Accreditation.
  • Experience establishing and starting up a new gymnastics program in a school or club setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in gymnastics coaching and program leadership, including preparation of competitive or high-performance pathway athletes.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a passionate team to achieve strong outcomes.
