Job Description

We are Wipro, a rapidly expanding global Information Technology, Consulting and Business Process Services company. Our team in Australia serves over 85 customers across diverse industry segments, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of end-to-end delivery of integration platform capabilities, aligning with 12-month delivery plans and program increment (PI) objectives.
  • Driving the success of agile, multi-disciplinary teams while enabling effective collaboration across stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering digital integration platforms.
  • Experience delivering integration platforms using SaaS products, particularly MuleSoft or API management platforms.
  • Strong technical understanding of the MuleSoft platform.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft TFS, or Miro for managing delivery.
  • Solid understanding of platform engineering principles and practices.
Leadership & Communication:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and efficient team culture.
  • Lead and coach team members to enhance their delivery and professional expertise.
  • Establish/maintain scrum team make up and function in collaboration with Section leadership.
