The opportunity

We are looking for a receptionist to join the Perth office of HWL Ebsworth. This is a great opportunity to engage with our esteemed clients and key business partners, serving as the firm's public representative an initial point of contact. You'll be busy with

• greeting clients and visitors upon arrival and offering assistance as needed
• working with our great admin team to assist with functions and events
• handling all enquiries in a professional manner
• arrange room bookings and assist with IT set-up
• managing deliveries and dealings with building management

To succeed in this role, you might have

• a warm and friendly demeanour in person and over the phone
• passion for high level service and professional presentation
• experience representing professional services is advantageous
• exceptional communication skills and comfort engaging with all levels
