This vital role involves maintaining and improving the performance of our glass manufacturing machinery, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to machinery breakdowns.
- Assist with job changes and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
- Support the Engineering team with maintenance tasks.
- Uphold safety and quality standards across all work activities.
- Trade Qualification – Maintenance Fitter
- Pneumatic experience
- Proven ability to fault-find automated machinery.
- High attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing tasks.
- Strong work ethic and capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours with a strong safety focus.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Accustom working in Maintenance teams as well as independently.
- Work in a supportive, forward-thinking team committed to sustainability.
