Action Workforce have partnered with two large logistic brands who are seeking customer service and administration experts. Within your team you will be a key point of contact between customers and the brand.

We are currently looking for multiple candidates at Darra, Berrinba, and Northgate locations. Please note your application will be considered for all three sites however you will only be assigned to ONE location.

Role Activities

AM Shifts – Mon-Fri and Fri-Mon roles open

Inbound/Outbound phone calls

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Payroll processing of timesheets

Bookings and scheduling

Maintain revenue spreadsheets

Communicating with site contacts, supervisors

Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience with data entry, warehousing experience HIGHLY regarded

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a blue-collar setting

Excel, Word - Essential

JDE, Coupa, Payroll software all HIGHLY regarded

Exception attention to detail

Call centre experience considered

Salesforce or other logistics software's considered

Passport/Birth Certificate

Two profession references
