Job Description

Guest Service Agents – Multiple Opportunities

We're excited to announce multiple opportunities for Casual and Full-Time Guest Service Agents across our Oaks Hotels and Queens Wharf Residences in Brisbane. As the welcoming face of our hotels, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Applications are now open, and shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend in-person interviews.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Previous front office or hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
