Overview

Permanent part-time, shift worker position, working 40 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date. Hours are to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a welcoming, friendly, and supportive team environment in a busy and dynamic workplace.
  • Deliver high-quality food service with a focus on good culture, collaboration, and respect.
  • Support patient care by providing nutritious meals with passion, care, and attention to detail.
  • Assist with preparation and deliver meals with care, ensuring a positive experience for patients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across food service areas in line with the Food Safety Program.
  • Support kitchen operations and work collaboratively within a friendly team.
Details of appointment

Permanent part time, shift worker position, 40 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: $57,130 to $62,486 per annum pro rata. Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
  • Salary packaging: Access to salary packaging including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year, plus other eligible benefits.
  • Benefits available to eligible candidates: professional development and accelerated pathways; various leave entitlements including study leave and Professional Development Support; Fitness Passport (40+ facilities across Tasmania for a weekly rate).
