The School

The Role

Teachers at Hedland SHS are focused on creating outstanding outcomes for students and empowering every learner. The role is within a collaborative, supportive team that values data-driven practice to drive improvement. The successful applicant will strive for excellence in Digital Technologies teaching and deliver a range of courses from Year 7 to 12, including senior ATAR and general courses as well as lower school electives. Eligibility

To work with us, you must:

  • hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration
  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid visa with work rights for the term of the appointment
  • apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
  • consent to and obtain a National Criminal History Check with the Department\'s Screening Unit.
