What role will you play?

As a highly organized and motivated individual, you will leverage your testing and business analysis skills to support platform enhancements and maintenance. You will contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing user functionality and data quality. Working closely with stakeholders across Legal, Credit, Operations, and Technology, you will understand requirements and test functionalities to ensure quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

What you offer
  • Experience in documenting functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, process flows, conducting data governance reviews, mapping, and gap analysis for current versus target processes.
  • Experience in developing and executing test cases for system enhancements, data flows, and UI changes.
  • Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience coordinating defect triage, tracking issues, and validating fixes with developers and end-users.
  • Understanding of derivatives agreements and products (e.g., ISDAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs) and related process lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in writing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Test Scripts.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server, Sybase databases, and SQL for data validation.
  • Experience working with data-intensive platforms and understanding data models and reference data.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
