The Opportunity

You'll play a pivotal role in both project acquisition and delivery, working closely with our pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes from tender through to handover.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting bid and tender processes for targeted sectors
  • Leading project planning, programming, and execution
  • Managing client and consultant relationships
  • Overseeing safety, quality, and commercial performance
  • Mentoring junior staff and fostering team development
  • Managing risk, reporting, and stakeholder communication
About You
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Australian construction industry
  • Strong background in healthcare, education, or infrastructure projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety and quality
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
